Growing up, my parents instilled in me the power of the American Dream — that hard work, integrity, and kindness could open any door. Marketing didn't just become my career; it became my calling.

I lead at the intersection of brand, culture, and business, where strategy meets human truth. Over two decades, that conviction has taken me from growing HOKA from $50M to $500M during my nearly six years at Deckers, to stepping in as a fractional leader for brands navigating major inflection points. The industries have changed. The belief hasn't: the most powerful marketing doesn't chase audiences, it reflects them.

I've built teams, shaped creative direction, led go-to-market strategy, and crafted the narratives that define how brands show up in the world, from earned media and executive communications to crisis moments that demand clarity and care. But the work I'm most proud of is the kind that makes consumers feel seen.
